1. I don't see how the actions of Ginni Thomas would come under his jurisdiction as Chief Justice.

She is now under scrutiny by the J6 committee, which is investigating the insurrection.

What authority would Roberts have to call on the SC Marshall to investigate the spouse of a justice? She is a private citizen.
