...like Mittens, Murkowski, etc., told him they wouldn't support filibustering this and, if McConnell persisted in this course, they would vote with the Democrats to make the Organizing Resolution "privileged" (i.e. couldn't be filibustered). It would only take a couple of Republican defectors to cancel out Manchin and Sinema.
