18. I mailed absentee

The USPS concerns are understandable but I know the odds. The likelihood of a specific ballot not arriving is next to nothing. I mailed October 6th and it arrived on October 8th.

However, I was very careful with my signature and all the particulars of the mail ballot. Rejection due to those aspects is more likely than not arriving via the mail.
