7. Why was the polling place closed and why weren't the "protestors" (obstructionists) arrested?

Even if the "protestors" were exercising First Amendment Speech Rights, they were unlawfully interfering with the rights of others to vote. There is a "neutral zone" (100 feet?) where voters can't be solicited, molested, threatened by others trying to influence their vote.

This can't be allowed to be repeated and those who participated this week must face prosecution.
