This is why we folks need to vote as early as possible. It is not enough that Biden has a polling lead. The issue is whether we will be able to actually vote with the aggressive efforts by the Trump campaign to suppress and intimidate voters.

The line for an early in-person polling site in Fairfax, Virginia was temporarily crowded by supporters of President Donald Trump on Saturday afternoon.

Anthony Tilghman, a journalist with the Washington Informer, told WTOP that he saw about 100 people sporting Make America Great Again apparel and waving flags with Trump’s name on it in the parking lot of the Fairfax County Government Center around noon on Saturday.

Tilghman said that roughly 75 of the Trump supporters soon made their way toward the front of the government center and congested the voting line that stretched into the parking lot due to social distancing guidelines. He added many of them weren’t wearing masks.

“They start coming over to the actual voting site and then they was just yelling ‘four more years,'” Tilghman told WTOP.

it's only 40 feet from the entrance to the polling place. In other areas it's 100 feet.

It should be at least half a mile.

7. Why was the polling place closed and why weren't the "protestors" (obstructionists) arrested?

Even if the "protestors" were exercising First Amendment Speech Rights, they were unlawfully interfering with the rights of others to vote. There is a "neutral zone" (100 feet?) where voters can't be solicited, molested, threatened by others trying to influence their vote.

This can't be allowed to be repeated and those who participated this week must face prosecution.
