and abc, cbs,nbc news or any station you wish. Bush wanted to change the subject this week from Iraq to the economy, he came out bragging about how good it is for him and his buddies. I say email c-span to suggest shows about homeless vets and people in general and joblessness.

Tell c-span who you want to see as the guest and what format. E-mail the other stations to suggest they do stories about homelessness and the real job market and talk about the hurricane victims where are they and why are they homeless and jobless like everyone else. E-mail your congress man and and suggest they write bills for low-income housing and jobs. Remember its your money as Bush kept on saying when he wanted tax cuts for the rich its our money too.

I think emailing CSPAN is a good idea. They just got an unfavorable rating from FAIR that shows them to be skewed to the right -- by a significant amount. They might be receptive this week in view of that.

If you want to put up an "action" thread in GD, I'll help you mind it. We could tie it in to the new Katarina homeless and that would add to the support for the thread.
