with people (and use tools), now fish. Clearly there are aspects to inteligence that do not require opposable thumbs or being human to use.
Perhaps inteligence isn't as uncommon in species as we think. Perhaps it is common,and only screwing up the entire world with inteligence is, thankfully, rare.
