| Can Election Polls In Arizona Be Legally Monitored by SB 1070 Adherents? |

From a LTTE in today’s Yuma Sun.
“I have a question concerning the thousands of Latinos being registered to vote in the upcoming election in Arizona. Have all of these thousands of Latino voters had to prove their citizenship in the United States as the law states?
“Also, if they are legal citizens, can they read and write English?
“Why if they are legal- whether born in the United States or naturalized citizen, do all our ballots have to be printed in Spanish and English?
“No one has been able to answer this question for me.”
