Any SCOTUS Ruling on Redding vs. Safford

Does any one know if the Supreme Court has issued a ruling on the case involving a 13 year old girl who was strip searched at school?

It's really appalling.

I find it hard to believe any reasonable person would think rumors that a student has drugs make it okay to sexually assault him/her. Maybe calling it sexual assault is hyperbole, especially when there are children who really fall victim to sexual predators and pedophiles. However, I think for a pre-teen/teen even a "legal" strip search can be just as traumatic as being molested by a pervert (and of course, perverts who make it into our school system would find it even easier to prey upon our young people).

I'm really surprised there isn't more outrage about this - I guess we've all been distracted by H1N1 and torture.
