Will the Supreme Court force insurance companies to pay for the "death of the child" if the mother's body, through no fault of her own, self-aborts?

Will the Supreme Court force a company to pay for murdering a fetus if it's found that tainted beef (or some other food product, which passed through the lowered standards set by the fed) is what killed the fetus?

Will a person whose body rejects the baby after conception be charged with murder, or just a lower charge?

I want to know the answer to those questions ...

There are a great number of Christians who believe that those who have not been Baptized and who have not accepted Jesus as their savior will go straight to Hell, regardless of how young and/or innocent they were. Even I, a Christian, find such a statement morally offensive and reject such a possibility outright, because the alternative would be to accept that the entire basis of Christianity is a lie. Of course, there are also those who think so regardless, but that's another topic.

IF (big if) the Supreme Court turns under new appointees to verturn Roe, the worst case scenario is that abortion becomes an issue for the states to decide.

It would be likely that Mississippi and a few states would outlaw abortion, but the great majority would see little change.

The 10th Amendment is the most likely means by which this republic can survive intact.
