DETROIT The ACLU has filed a complaint with the state, saying AT-and-T and Verizon gave private details about people's phone calls to the National Security Agency.
The American Civil Liberties union earlier filed suit in Detroit seeking to end the NSA's warrantless domestic surveillance program.
