Well.... guess what. The school "reform" know-nothings that run my school system ( NYC; that would be Bloomberg, DEM$ for Education Reform, Cathie Black; you know the element.) have the site *blocked*. (Why? "Gay or Lesbian or Bisexual content." Apparently that's a BAD thing. Who knew? )

5. I logged a complaint w. ACLU.

They have a "viewpoint discrimination" section on their website.

Apparently blocking of pro-glbt ( non-sexual) social and political sites is so common in American public schools that ACLU has a whole project specifically directed toward remedying this particular abuse.

I haven't heard anything from them since I logged the complaint. The sites are still blocked.
