Equal rights to marry, and protection from employment discrimination.
As things stand, the status quo is so very wrong, and the fact that any LGBT person in many states can be fired on the spot simply because they are LGBT is totally heinous.
Innocent people that are competent and responsible in what they do should never have to live with constant fear for their security simply because their employer does not like the fact that they were born LGBT.
