Edited on Sat Jul-23-11 10:20 PM by SHRED
Anyone see this on Murdoch's National Geographic Channel? http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/series/drugged/5506/OverviewI made it through the first 15 minutes then got sick of the graphics and the overall tone of the program. Rupert Murdoch is the Devil. ---

just in the opening and I held out little hope it would improve.
And yes, Murdoch is one of many devils we have to contend with.

The website has a scandalous feel to it. Big bold letters every which way and those pretty body flow charts. The way they word things is especially flagrant, making the drugs sound willfully malicious; invaders without regard to consent. On the marijuana chart, (italics added by me) "THC seizes control of receptors" and "Within seconds of inhalation, it has already reached the brain."
If I had to guess about the show, it was a mix of trepidation, colored language, mini-lies, and a general disregard for the humans featured.

There were blatant lies, and the 'colored language' only barely fell short (and often did not) of "The DEMON WEED!!!" (and don't forget the exclamation points).
I couldn't get past the first 10 minutes of lies.
That show was not science - it was religion.

Found it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0EHSnGYPTYThe whole thing erupts into utter reefer madness after the "...but they could be putting themselves in serious danger" line. Religion indeed.

As far as Iam concerned anyone whom has not tried smoking or ingesting this gift from mother nature really has no right to say if its to strong or dangerous etc, etc, etc. Untill they try it at least once they have no idea what they are talking about and no crediabilty! The harmless weed has so numerous applications for medicial uses. It also is a drug that mellows a violent person! It has so many areas of health care that it can be much more safley used then many of the man made drugs right now being perscribed to our ederly and others! So if you want to debate this subject with me the first question I ask is have you ever tried it.If answer is no ,go get a fat joint smoke it stay home watch a movie eat just about anything and it will taste like Gods gift to world! What makes me the most sick is out representatives who know better and know pot never hurt anyone and any violence the drug is only due to its legal status. Try it once or shut up! IMHO ,NikRik
