Reading this story makes me wonder if Indiana is still fighting the LAST War on Drugs - prohibition. "Visiting a Common Nuisance" sounds like a way to charge everyone rounded up in a Speakeasy.

generally speaking, there is no prohibition on a newspaper publishing a name of a juvenile.

many newspapers have a policy not to, like many also have a policy not to name people arrested, but only those actually CHARGED with a crime.

but there is no law against it in the jurisdictions i am aware of .

there may be in some, but not that i am aware of.
