Would you take a cut in pay for a MJ-friendly job?

All things being equal, would you take a cut in pay if your company didn't care about MJ use?

- No tests, other than to ensure you don't come to work stoned (unless you need Med. MJ)
- Same level of healthcare (that doesn't care about MJ use)

How much of a cut in pay is that worth?

...in the high-tech industry and entire departments were stoned on most days.

My boss once asked our drug testing company if they would disregard positive test for pot. They said no.

I don't though, because I have work to do. I only partake if I have the next 4 or 5 hours completely clear of any responsibility.

His company acquired ours and the first thing he said was "BTW this is now a pot friendly office". It was very shocking to hear. That said, I've never been drug tested and I've worked for some very large corporations. It probably helped that the home offices were on the east and west coasts.
