How prevalent is MM in the Bay Area? Is it affordable and easy to get if you meet the criteria to legally possess it ? Is it out in the open for all to see, or is it still hidden in the closet?
Are the federal "es" prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law or are they just confiscating and not filing charges...
I'm seriously considering a move back to Cali. One of the determing factors in my doing so is the liberal attitude toward the Mota..... Are you guys and gals liberal enough for me?

It's always around $35-$50 for an eighth oz.. Hasn't really changed much over the years.
Best thing to do is get a doctor's note and a club card, buy a bunch of clones, and grow your own.

What conditions besides wasting or pain from serious disease such as Cancer of HIV generally qualifies a person to get a Dr. script note?
Would you or someone else happen to know if maryjane has been medically used as a natural alternative to drugs such Zoloft? What about in place of rx sleep aids?

Hey tenaciousradical...
It is very easy to get and very open. Not rip-a-bong-in-front-of-a-cop open, but certainly not well hidden. Unless you are considering opening a dispensary, dont worry about the feds. Check out weedtracker.com for specific MM info in the Bay Area. (Doctors, locations, prices, menus, etc...)

recently voted to allow a medical marijuana clinic to set up shop in our community. We're in a suburb of San Francisco and pretty liberal but still I was really surprised that it passed. I voted for it but wasn't expecting it to pass. 30 years ago this community was the John Birch Society stronghold in the Bay Area.
It's pretty out in the open.
