Alexis wins Man of the Match. Great game!
Real Madrid scores in the first minute followed by lots of great futbol. Alexis scores the equalizer at 30'. Xavi and Çesc round out the scoring. The last half hour Barça shows its mastery and defeats the second best team in the world on its own turf.
Barça ties for first place in La Liga, but RM has one game in hand. Thus far they've been invincible at home in Camp Nou so things are looking good for the second leg. Mourinho was strangely quiet in the lead up to this game. Surprisingly, they played a clean game but were just beat by a better team. Same lesson learned as last year after the manita.
Visca el Barça! :woohoo:
Note: I switched over to Deportes' TVE broadcast because I couldn't stand the English broadcasters!
