It's an online thing, naturally, as I am a third of the way round the planet from Manchester. She sounds really fun and interesting, not to mention being an open Socialist! :loveya: I was hoping that (like most Mancunians) she would support City -- but no such luck. :cry:

Now what do I do? :shrug: Oh well, at least she isn't a Cowpies fan. :P

My husband is a Mets fan and I'm a Yankees fan. When Mexico and the US play in soccer I have to try with all my might not to cheer for both teams. We don't root for the same cycling teams.
