Walking Dead already gets a season 2

AMC is apparently pretty confident about its new zombie series The Walking Dead, because it's already ordered a second season before anyone's even seen a full episode. And executive producer Frank Darabont has a lot of ideas about what he wants to do with that second season, according to ComicBookMovie.com:

"It would be great not just to get out of the heat, but to present a different idea to the audience visually and tonally by having it be winter. There's some really cool stuff that Kirkman did, where they find the one zombie that's frozen to the ground. I'd never seen that before, and that's really cool."

1. I've just started reading the comic books.

The trailer that was released a week ago kicked ass. Can't wait to watch. It looks like it sticks pretty close to the book.
