Amidst Growing World Doubts About 9/11, Career Army Officer Takes Bush Administration Officials to Court April 5th Represented by the Center for 9/11 Justice

Gallop was briefed by officials not to tell her story in public; she also received an email from a Fox News reporter who had been told by the Pentagon not to interview her.

Gallop now believes that officials within the Bush Administration conspired to destroy the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and WTC 7 – the third building brought down at 5:20 p.m. that day – with pre-placed explosives detonated after the planes hit.

"The stakes in this case are epic, including the possibility of an overwhelming transformation of the world's understanding of history, not to mention American citizens' relationship with their government."

1. This case will be dismissed...
for its utter lack of evidence.

3. First off, she was not an officer
Secondly, this is an appeal of her first case, which was denied because "the Complaint was frivolous and based on “cynical delusion and fantasy.”.

From the decision:

Even assuming the factual allegations of the complaint are true, Gallop's claims are not plausible. It is simply not plausible that the Vice President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense, and other high-ranking officials conspired to facilitate terrorist attacks that would result in the deaths of thousands of Americans. If anything, the allegations are the product of cynical delusion and fantasy.

A court may dismiss a claim as "factually frivolous" if the facts alleged are "clearly baseless", that is, "fanciful", fantastic" or "delusional" Denton v. Hernandez, 504 U.S. 25, 32-33 (1992) (quoting Neitzke v. Williams, 490 U.S. 319,325,327,328 (1989)) Courts have not hesitated to dismiss complaints asserting delusional claims of conspiracy.3 Indeed, courts have dismissed other cases alleging delusional conspiracy theories about the attacks of September 11,2001. Because Gallop's claims are factually baseless -- indeed, because they are fanciful, fanatic, and delusional -- they are dismissed.

No reason to think any other judge is going to rule differently.

5. corrupt judges aren't exactly a new thing
and they do tend to support the status quo, especially right-wing ones

6. yes, it is simply not plausible
that US leaders would lead a country into war based on lies, that resulted in the deaths of thousands of Americans and Iraqis, or that US leaders would initiate a torture regime that was upheld by the US legal system.

Etc.

7. Which means absolutely nothing without real evidence.
Evidence that can stand up in court. She has nothing - just her opinions.

8. no one argues that we were lied to, spooked.
You just can't extrapolate that to every situation you find that "doesn't look/seem right".

10. radio show on 9/11
I found an excellent radio show detailing some of the events of 9/11 that i believe would be an excellent tool for anyone confused on the topic. I believe Gallop should be supported and this show outlines some of those reasons.

11. That should be a quick trial
Show up. Judge says 'no'. Everybody goes home. 9/11 Truthers decide that the entire judiciary system is in on it as well.
