Grand Juries go back to Magna Carta -- 1200/1300's -- but they've obviously been depowered --

this was a very courageous Juror who tried to fight for the power the Grand Jury should have.



“Indictment: Inside the Oklahoma City Grand Jury – The Hoppy Heidelberg Story” highlights Oklahoma City Bombing Grand Juror Hoppy Heidelberg’s involvement with the effort to indict Timothy McVeigh for the destruction of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in April 1995. Heidelberg was unhappy with the way the prosecution tried to manhandle the jurors and limit their powers of inquiry and was eventually thrown off the jury for being too critical of the proceedings, which left many an important stone unturned. Like 9/11, like 7/7 and like many other high-profile acts of terrorism, the Oklahoma City Bombing has left many who’ve researched beyond the government’s convenient patsies and unlikely official version with many questions about who really committed the crime.

2. So what?

everyone knows that grand juries are slanted towards the prosecutor - the defendant has absolutely no representation. That's why we have trials - so the defendant can defend himself.

All the issues that were not raised at the grand jury could have been raised by the defense at trial.

3. Well, it's "So what?" if you don't care about the weakening of the Grand Jury system . . .

and it's "So What?" if you believe the OCT . . .

This Juror had the absolute right to information he was requesting -- witnesses

to be called -- reports -- visual data -- and the court stymied, delayed and outright

denied most of it --

McVeigh was obviously seen in the area with a number of others -- on occasion three

of them together -- on other occasions more.

All those facts could have been brought up in the trial - that's where the defendant gets to tell his side of the story.

Meanwhile, re McVeigh . . . certainly there was "evidence" planted against Lee Harvey

Oswald -- does that mean that Oswald actually killed JFK or that there was no coup on

our "people's" govenrment?

Oswald was CIA -- what was McVeigh actually?

Who was actually behind this and how akin was it to 9/11 MIHOP?

And why do you have so little curiosity about the other 5 or 6 individuals seen with

McVeigh?

That's because it was a test run for 911. They wanted to do a smaller scale event so they could iron out the difficulties and refine the methods/procedures. OKC had all the same aspects of 911, just on a smaller scale.
