The Alaska governorship, Obama's old Senate, and a pile of money may have been exchanged for silence about Palin's real birth certificate. What do you think Palin did with her millions from the book deal? Of course, first they had to set up Blagojevich, making him think that he would be involved in implementing the deal, but it seems that removing Blagojevich from a position of authority was part of the deal.
