http://www.wctv.tv/news/headlines/131779043.htmlA 22-year-old man was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm early Tuesday following a disagreement at a local bar.
At 2:46 a.m. Tuesday, Florida State University police arrested Andrew Mangione outside of Potbelly’s, 459 W. College Ave. Mangione had apparently had a confrontation inside of the establishment with staff and had been asked to leave. He was then allegedly seen waiting in front of the establishment after closing. When another staff member told him to move on, Mangione reportedly stated that he had an issue with an employee of Potbelly’s and also said that he had a gun while reaching into his jacket pocket. The staff member became alarmed, tackled Mangione and held him down while another staff member retrieved a handgun from Mangione’s jacket pocket.
Police were called, and after investigating the incident they arrested Mangione. The gun was recovered by police and impounded as evidence.
