Sand in Machine Makes a Stable Market (Bloomberg)

Interesting Bloomberg View article about markets. Some of the comments are even more interesting. The only thing left out is that derivatives should not be classified as "investments" any more than lottery tickets or betting at the horse track. Derivatives actually divert money away from investing.
