Does anyone remember he first (BTW pre-9-11) Bush budget? The tally was incorrect as it neglected to show the figure as a NEGATIVE. It was a bone-headed error (or was it a foretelling of Bush's fantasy world where other embarrassing items disappear) that the press would have labeled outrageous had it been done in the Clinton administration. But being W, he got a walk.
