I'm getting really sick of hearing this

I've heard alot of repub talking heads say a line of garbage that goes something like this: The liberals said we couldn't beat Saddam and we did, they said he would use weapons of mass destruction on our troops and they didn't, they said all the Arab countries would get mad and join Saddam and they didn't, they said we couldn't transfer power and we did it ahead of schedule. they say other things like that but they don't come to mind right now.

1st - No one except Baghdad Bob said we couldn't beat Saddam!
2nd - of course they didn't use WMD's, they didn't have any
3rd - Arab terrorists ARE pouring in to aid Saddam's people
4th - We're barely even pretending the Iraqis are in charge and as long as we have 160,000(or whatever) boots on the ground no one is going to believe that we aren't really in charge.

The funny, I am not so sure its ironic, thing about all this is all of the things you listed have their presedence in the lead up to the war.
