If McCain Had A Sense of Honor, He'd Dump * And Support JK |
|
I just don't get Sen McCain. He comes out and condemns the swift boat lies, even throws down the gauntlet and demands the bush campaign repudiate the lies, and yet he continues to actively campaign for bush. Hell, he's the head of the AZ re-select committee!
After the bush smearing of McCain in the 2000 primaries; after McCain flew in Vietnam, was shot down and imprisoned while bush was flying flower deliveries at taxpayer expense in TX; after McCain worked with JK to get a real accounting of the POW/MIA issue, he can still support that little preppy shit over his brother-in-arms? Who does he really have more in common with?
McCain actually HAS a record to stand up for. JK actually HAS a record to stand up for. * has nothing. NOTHING! Yet McCain champions * over Kerry. Shit, I almost have more respect for that dirtbag Zell Miller who at least puts his support where his mouth and heart is.
Yep. I just don't get John McCain.

respect for someone who has no respect for himself or his family. He even said that this is the same tactic that the Bush* people used on him during the primaries and yet he can campaign for this guy against someone he knows has integrity. Maybe they have something on him that he can't risk getting out that's all I can think of for his decision to back Bush*.

McCain is very outspoken in the Senate but we must remember that he is a Republican and he is a politician. In the back of his mind he knows that in years to come, he will be considered for the Republican nomination of president.
