16. I know who he is, but I figured most of his supporters would have |
already made up their minds by now. There are some who claim they won't vote for Obama no matter what. Maybe this will bring out the remaining SDs.

4. Why? Had he endorsed Clinton, he'd be going against his |
non-lobbyist platform. That would have been worse.

7. Obama has lobbyist. They are just the nine degree kind. |
Edwards should have just waited three more weeks and then supported the nominee. Oh well, I've lost all respect for him. I still love Elizabeth though.

11. Uh, he's not the nominee yet. |
And there was no harm in waiting until he's the official nominee.

12. Sure ... It Would've Looked Real Good Endorsing In DENVER... |
...'cause that's what would be happening if Edwards had waited for the "official" designation.
If it's not a problem for 200+ SDs to endorse Hillary EIGHT MONTHS in advance, no harm in Edwards endorsing now.

14. he's sort of yesterday's news now |
so I don't think it will mean as much as it would have a couple of months ago regardless of who he endorsed.

...there's no harm in Edwards waiting until Obama is "officially" the nominee, but it doesn't matter because Edwards is "yesterday's news" anyway?
You've been hanging around Terry McAuliffe and Howard Wolfson too long.
This is big and you know it. You'd have soiled your underwear if Edwards had endorsed Hillary. You know this also. You'd have been gushing some nonsense about how it, coupled with Hillary's 41-point win in WV, somehow proves she had momentum. You know you would have. Don't insult our intelligence.

13. Um, why shouldn't he be allowed to endorse who he wants? |
And if you check the numbers, Clinton has NO CHANCE of being the nominee.

First we get a win in Mississippi and now Edwards endorsing Obama!!!! Edwards is the one out there stumping for the guy and gals in middle America and would only endorse the candidate that he felt would back his plans/concerns---- more !!!!!!!!

18. I'm disappointed Edwards took this long |
I don't know what he was waiting for. He stuck up for Obama usually in the debates and called Hillary part of the "status quo." Edwards should have showed some courage and endorsed Obama right after dropping out, not once Obama's nomination was inevitable.
