What's the best Camcorder for under $200.00?
I want to shoot a home movie and put it on DVD for some relatives in Ireland; any suggests as to what camcorder that could do this for the price? Thanks

1. A lot of digital cameras can shoot decent video clips now.
Not to mention smart phones. Since cost is a consideration, maybe you should consider such an option.
