Both of them are new to have.
I have neither.
Just a a desk in the loft, with the computers and printer/fax machine.

Which is really a blessing.
Both locations sport big screen iMacs and lots of tools (fully needed for the work I do).
The home office man-cave has a keypad-operated gate at driveway, very bat-cave-ish, and a shop with machine and woodworking tools, and a dock.
The work office has shops including 3-D printer and laser cutter, my office is 2X bigger than my house.
Lots of toys and geek stuff at each!

I have a big loft, the attic of a old house.
It was meant to be another floor to the house but never was finished.

It took until I bought the place that it was finished.
I do like it, one big open space.

i do all my work in here -- pay bills, etc. hubby sometimes uses it but most times he's in the guest room with his lap top. don't have a lap top. it's a regular home computer. actually we have 2. in case one goes down i have the other. i'm disabled and don't get out that much so my computer is my link to the outside world.
