1. It depends on your state/county |
|
for some, it's as easy as going to the Register of Deeds or equivalent in that county. Other ways are to look up property taxes for the property you are interested in and it will have a sales figure along with other information.
Or go to the courthouse and look at the mortgage and deed. If you know someone who is a realtor and has access to the MLS, it may be easier still.

Has my home valued at over $108,000 below what my current refi appraise came in with.
