1. I have 2 turkey breasts in their individual cooking bags in |
|
the refrigerated ready and waiting to be put in the oven about 12 tomorrow. I figure 350 for 1 hr 45 minutes ought to do the trick. I admit it, I'm a breast man! Woo hoo, can't wait!

Cooking bags are great, the meat is always tender.

6. Of course! It's at the Boston Market being lovingly slowly cooked. |
|
And tomorrow I will swing by said Boston Market, and I will literally pick up Thanksgiving Dinner, and they will help me carry it out to the car. Tomorrow, the word COOK does not exist. It's all about just warming it up and dig in.
I did this last year.
EVERYTHING was well prepared and absolutely delicious. The vegetable corn bread stuffing is awesome, and the mashed potatoes and gravy is to die for. It's just me and my 80 year old Mom - so basically it's just me. But, it will smell like Thanksgiving and that will make her happy.
Maybe I will post about last Thanksgiving when I first did this, and I almost killed her and threw her in the lagoon behind her house.
You have to love the Holidays.
Love ya Mom!
