Years ago, I roasted my turkey in a brown paper bag..

It was good, but I forgot all about it till today and forgot the details of doing it.

Looked on the web and there are a lot of websites that tell you how. The first one I looked at was http://www.prestigemall.com/recipes/lf94b.html

and there are others..in case anybody wants to try something new. I'm doing mine in a bag - truss, rub with shortening/oil, and place in bag, seam side up, 20 min per lb unstuffed at 350* - and I'm doing my stuffing separate this year...instructions for stuffed turkey too...
