Obama in 08 was the last time we won the working class and that was bay a 2 point margin, so it's a 12 point shift since Obama.

Bear in mind Obama had health care, that's a very important thing for the working class. In the last election it was all about immigration, and that is a jobs issue, income, very important to people who don't make much money.

44% of working class voters still voted Democratic, The male/female division is bigger.

I'd think that the most important thing to win any vote is to welcome all. Voting Democratic is the one thing that is a qualifier to be part of the Democratic coalition, nothing else is of importance if the objective is to win elections. To win the working class or men we need to go to where they are, not expect them to vote against their best interests.
