40. Shadow Cabinet

This Country's Loyal Opposition (currently the Democratic Party} would be better postured and organized if it had a similar "Shadow Cabinet" system as is the case in Britain. Each US Government Department Secretary, would have a counterpart in the opposition; one educated mouthpiece well schooled in that department's issues. Currently there are too many responses to these Dept. heads from different individuals not necessarily on target. We (Democrats) need to show that we have individuals within our ranks who can answer with authority rather than news clip responses easily edited.
