The Supreme Court AGAIN Tells Trump NO UNCONSTITUTIONAL DEPORTATIONS Of Venezuelan Immigrants - Glenn Kirschner [View all]
A pattern seems to be emerging: 7 Supreme Court Justices are repeatedly standing up for the Constitution by telling the Trump administration it can not deport Venezuelans without due process/notice and opportunity to be heard AND it can not use the Alien Enemies Act to deport anyone until the legality of invoking that act is fully and finally litigated.
