You have a city that needs revitalizing and people in different areas want different things done first.

But there's so much that can be done all at the same time. So folks are going to be disappointed or let down or feel they're not getting their fair share.

Sometimes there can be compromises so that more equitable solutions are drawn up. The long haul must be kept in mind. And of course, Pete was a new mayor with his own learning curve.

You cannot please everyone all the time, right off the bat. I think he did well, considering all of this.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
