2008-2016 Biden was a very charismatic/captivating speaker in my opinion. He is now definitely not what he was then. I'm hoping (but not expecting) he pulls a cognitive Keyser Soze after the primaries. That being said, when he doesn't gaffe or slip he absolutely still commands a greater knowledge and command of facts than Spanky. That orange fool is still in the ignorant/know-nothing-know-it-all snake oil salesman doublespeak mode he's always been in, only this time his cognitive decline keeps him from even being able to hide it well.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
