Biden won several Super Tuesday states without campaigning there or spending much if anything. If most people already know him and like him, no further convincing is necessary.
If, as I suspect, Coronavirus fears keep people from attending large rallies this summer, he might just be the perfect nominee for us.

Confusing. Exit polls have shown 2008 turnout numbers everywhere except Iowa.
