I know you don't care about "old shit" but I bet the people it affected do. The debacle that was the Anita Hill hearing (and that asshole Clarence Thomas is still on the Court so it isn't even "the past" is it?); the horrible crime bill which was Biden's baby--also not "past"; the bankruptcy bill handout to banks and credit card companies that he championed, also not "past"....yeah, I can't see why women, minorities and younger generations--possibly the most important constituencies and future of the Democratic Party--would care about all that "old shit".

And of course there's more: his Iraq War vote is a perennial favorite (but so passe for some); support for a balanced budget amendment (one of the stupidest ideas ever) and means testing Social Security--that last one is NOW, not a decade ago or even last year. The ads will just write themselves, don't you think? Joe Biden favors cuts to Social Security! When you are worrying about what nasty things Republicans will say about our candidate, don't forget that one.
