I never said anything on this thread about Biden’s touching. I’m talking about the wisdom of having a white male candidate four years after a female candidate was defeated by a woman-hating sexual predator thanks to the sexism that pervades this country.

Hilary was also doing great in the early polls. The fact that Biden is doing well now is not a good reason to take women for granted and assume that they will set aside their own desire to be represented at the top levels of government in order to help realize the ambitions of yet another white male.

(I use the word ‘ambition’ on purpose, since all presidential candidates have it but it’s only seen as a negative when a woman has it.)

But again, feel free to dismiss women’s concerns. You don’t need to justify yourself; it’s been done for centuries after all. But thinking that women are stupid will only give you another Trump term.
