(1,284 posts)No matter the nominee this will be a fight. We are the majority. We can only be defeated through a combination of division, dissatisfaction & dirty tricks.
The president has made it clear he will cheat. Too many GOP elected officials are tripping over themselves to say that is dandy by them.
Bet you the president will not debate.
Joe Biden has a deep well of goodwill with U.S. from which to draw which may protect him. It might not. This should neither be ignored, nor undermined.
Yes. Senator Sanders could win. He could lose, too.
They all could win, even the ever persistent John Delaney could win. They all could lose too.
We need a candidate who is this president's opposite. IMHO, the answer is Elizabeth Warren.
Nevertheless, let no one doubt any candidate we pick will be unfairly tarred. Our opponents are proud cheaters, who stand on our House and Senate floor and tell us wrong is right, right is wrong and continuously threatening that might makes right.
So far as I can tell, a lie aimed at the head of any of our candidates is a lie we must oppose no matter who is the smile behind the smear.
We don't need to be alternative facting to beat this president. That is his gig.
Senator Sanders' campaign has released two misleading ads undermining that goodwill in the last 2 weeks. Maybe an error by his campaign? 🤷♀️
He needs to clean it up.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
