Something I already knew, but it really lays it out there, how stark and overwhelming right wing talk is in regards to radio.

Between hate radio and Fox News on TV, they literally blanket the airwaves with misinformation. Many of the hosts on radio also either are regulars on Fox News or they reference others on Fox News on their radio shows, so there is a conflation of bullshit. Most of America is drowning in it.

The scrapping of the "Fairness Doctrine" was the single biggest spike into the heart of open democracy all in the name of "freedom of expression". What that meant was freedom of expression for a few billionaires who monopolize the ownership of radio. And it meant censorship of expression in actuality. But I know I am preaching to the choir.
