Doesn't matter, as long as it's still illegal at the federal level, and they're hauling it across an international border. Each state also has their own laws...most require it to have been produced in that state

It's legal here in Washington state, too, but I can't hop on a plane with an ounce or two and fly to another state where it may also be legal without risking arrest.
