off under the very concept. Of course, gunners like to say Trayvon Martin's murder was not a stand your ground case, they forget that the judge gave the jury stand your ground instructions before they began deliberations.

I think "duty to retreat" is a much better approach. The gunners who think that is unmanly will whine, but screw them.
