That's when the evidence will either convict her or exonerate her.

IMO, if she ran clinics that performed abortions knowingly by unlicensed individuals then she most probably breaking one or more laws. As for being charge with performing abortions, if she was doing them herself safely within standard medical care practice then I'd support jury nullification.
