Try actually reading EITHER OR BOTH of my original post and the link I provided. I cannot give you a mini-course in contract law or oral contract tradition. In classic and accepted negotiating style, Bernie negotiated for a DEADLINE - otherwise known in legal parlance as a "date certain".

There is over a week to go before Hearst is in violation of their promise to Bernie. OVER A WEEK! It is only AFTER DECEMBER 19th THAT YOU COULD HONESTLY STATE THEY DIDN'T CARRY THROUGH! Sorry to shout, but you are very difficult to get through to.

Why do you insist on making stuff up? Reading is good for you and other living things.
