The argument that African Americans and other minorities are tools of wealthy Jews is a classic anti semitic trope. On far right wing sites the election of Barack Obama was met with a yawn as he was portrayed as the puppet of wealthy Jews and his many Jewish supporters, some in high places, were held out as proof.

We always have to be vigilant against racism, anti-semitism, and nativism because at the end of the day they are cousins in hate.
