.... right up to the point that their right interferes with the rights of other people (equally invested and equally endowed with the same rights) to participate.
If they want to chant, boo whatever .... between speeches and allow people there their right to hear and to speak .... I have no problem whatsoever .... but their rights are not more important than the rights of the other people there.
